Anti-Static Tubing and Bags for Packaging Electronics and Medical Devices
Static shielding bags are ideal for electronic and medical components that can be damaged by exposure to static or electrical interference. The metallic static shielding bags provide a Faraday Cage protection. All static control bags feature a side weld construction and an extra strong bottom seal with an open top. Pink anti-static bags and static shielding bags are also available with a reclosable top for convenient access. Pink anti-static bags are made from 100% virgin low density polyethylene with a static dissipative additive. All bags meet MIL-PRF-81705E, Type III and EIA-541 static decay requirements and are amine-free. Options include reclosable anti-static bags, lay flat anti-static bags and anti-static tubing in various sizes available in 2 or 4 mil thicknesses.Black Conductive Static Control Bags
Black conductive bags are made from a blend of linear low and low-density polyethylene with a black conductive additive. They protect against the buildup of static charges and cannot be penetrated by interior light. These static control bags also meet the conductivity requirements of MIL-P-82646 Rev B.Select from open-top black conductive bags or black conductive tubing. Standard thickness is 4 mil with several sizes or widths available.
Static Shielding Bags
Translucent static shielding bags are made from a blend of polyethylene and polyester with aluminum layers that have an anti-static coating. They provide Faraday cage protection, meet ANSI/ESD S541, EIA 625 requirements, are ANSI/ESD S20.20 program compliant, and are MIL-STD-3010 4046 and ANSI/ESD STM11.11 tested.Select from standard static shielding bags or reclosable static shielding bags. Offered in several size options with a 3-mil thickness.
